2 discoveries from Université Laval among the winners of Québec Science
Two discoveries from researchers and scientists of Université Laval are being featured in the list of the 10 discoveries of the year 2020 by Québec Science magazine. These two studies were selected by a jury of academics and science journalists and were selected from more than 17,000 scientific articles published in 2020.
The first study talks about the association between certain bacteria and the development of type 2 diabetes.
The second study showed that arctic phytoplankton grows even in the darkness of the polar night.
